Tips & Tricks for the A3 Business Forum Mobile App!

DIRECTORY

Favorite An Attendee


Want to easily find someone in the directory? Favorite an attendee and make them stand out to you from your phone or tablet.

1. Navigate to the Directory and click on the person you'd like to see more about
2. From here you will be able to view the person's photo, biography, and any other information they wish to share
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the "Favorite Attendee" Icon from the menu

Take Notes


Need to send someone a quote or remember to call them when you get back to the office? The Attendee Notes section is where you can do just that!

1. Navigate to the Directory and click on the person you need to write a note about
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Notes" icon from the bottom menu and add your note

Direct Message


Send other attendees a note before you arrive at the Forum. Have a meeting planned on-site? Use this tool to stay in contact.

1. Navigate to the Directory and find the person you wish to message
2. Click on their profile, and scroll to the bottom menu to choose the "Direct Message" icon
3. Write your note and click send. The attendee will receive a notification through the app as well as through their email

Arrange a Meeting


Send out meeting requests before and during the Forum. Make plans to meet up during one of our many networking breaks or at the Welcome Reception and Thursday Night Party!

1. Navigate to the Directory and find the person you want to arrange a meeting with
2. Click on that person's profile, scroll down to the bottom menu, and choose the "Arrange a Meeting" icon
3. Pick a date, choose a time, and fill in a location to meet
4. Click on "Arrange Meeting" and your invitation is sent! The attendee will receive a notification through the app as well as an email

AGENDA

Add A Session/Activity to Your Agenda


Want to add a session to your personal agenda within the app?

1. Click on the session you want to add
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Add Session" icon

Take Notes


Want to remember the key points during a presentation? The Notes section is where you can do that!

1. Navigate to the agenda and click on the session
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Notes" icon from the bottom menu and add your note

Rate the Session


We want to hear your feedback! Let us know how you enjoyed the speaker and session content in a brief three question survey.

1. Open the session you wish to rate
2. Scroll to the bottom and click on the "Rate a Session" icon
3. Answer the questions and they are automatically sent to Show Management
